Are you a milk lover? How do you prefer to have your cup of milk? Is there any specific time to have your milk?

You might be curious: Is this a topic to be discussed? Haha, you may be right. I want to know your feelings about milk. My mother says that she struggled to cut down my milk consumption. Unfortunately, her every step went in vain. Hahaha!! I am looking for “Milk mates,” those who stand with the idea of milk.

I love milk, and a good sip of hot milk makes my day. That sip is a kind of relaxation, and it has become a part of me time. Milk powder is more common in Sri Lankan shops. Sometimes, we request a bottle of raw milk, boil it well, and prepare a glass of hot milk, adding tea leaves, ginger, and sugar.

I have tried milk tea with sweetened condensed milk. Have you tried it? It has a smooth and creamy texture. If the tea is prepared with sweetened condensed milk, you need no sugar at all. Have a look!!

Just combine tea leaves and water in a small pan over medium heat,

Bring it into a low boil slow down the heat and simmer the mixture.

Take out of the heat stir in the sweetened condensed milk, and back to the heat.

After minutes strain the tea and condensed milk mixture.

You are with a great cup of milk!!

You can serve it as a chill beverage in hot summer and as a hot beverage in snowy winter evenings too.
I am pretty sure that Sri Lanka spirits will never miss a glass of milk in the morning. People in every age do this as a habit.

Hope you have heard bout any other method of preparing milk in different cultures in the world.

Every time favorite milk tea preparation
Apart from the tea you can add certain spices into it for more flavors including ginger, cinnamon and cloves. And some sugar will make things better. I can never forget that sip with aromatic smell. The final product is a fine combination of tea and milk.

A cup of milk coffee is also a great escape from a tiresome day. I love coffee with a creamy milk base. I usually dip the cookie into tea. I know It is not good dining etiquette. Preference should be more favored than etiquette, at least at home. Above all, I need to be myself!

My mother always says that I never get upset with a cup of milk. I would accept a hot milk tea anytime of the date. Even now I buy 1.5l carton of milk every week and by the end of the week all gone. My husband knows how much I love milk and he is not a milk fan.

How about you?
