Christmas Dinner 2025
This year, as usual, we had a cozy and colorful Christmas dinner night.
If you love seeing how I set my Christmas dinner table, this post is for you. My 2025 Christmas decoration is all about the pieces I bought especially for this Christmas. For the first time, I used this beautiful tablecloth from Amazon, and it turned out to be a perfect match.
The middle of the table was decorated with a scented candle, and around it I placed cherries and pinecones. I also added a small but cute pine-like tree with green leaves—no decorations on it, just standing simply in the center. That simple touch felt just right for me and added to the cozy atmosphere.
Here we come to the dishes I prepared for hours.
This was my first time making an orange cake, and it was so simple to bake. The cake turned out absolutely moist and delicious inside, with a rich orange flavor.
A hearty and warm baked cheese potato dish, along with a simple fruit and cheese platter, was just as good.
The dish with mushrooms and Chinese cabbage cooked with cooking cream, and it was rich in flavor. I added star-shaped carrots for decoration, which gave it a lovely festive touch. To tell the truth, the dish was so amazing.
Japanese Famichiki–style chicken that truly captured the authentic Famichiki flavor. This was also my first time making it. I highly recommend trying this juicy and delicious Famichiki recipe from here.

This is the Christmas roll cake—both cakes were from the grocery store. The cupcakes, is from my kitchen and made with dried fruits.
I promise, the ginger Ale was good
In Fact, I did something a little fun—I made ice cubes with blueberries in them and added them to ginger ale. It tasted really good and refreshing.
Simple but creative idea isn`t it?
Finally we had a very good family night and it was cozy loveable and sweet with love and care.
