First, I apologize — I didn’t notice my kitchen knife was in the frame when I took the photo. On a brighter note, can you see my new green tea cup? I got it from a 100-Yen shop, and isn’t it just beautiful? I love how simple yet charming it looks! the perfect little companion for my tea moments. It makes enjoying a quiet cup of green tea feel extra special.

That’s all and here we go!

1.Heat a pan with a little olive oil over a low flame (this helps all the flavors blend well).

2.Add crushed garlic and sauté until it smells fragrant and turns light golden brown.

3.Then add the shiitake mushrooms, cover with a lid, and let them cook for a few minutes.

4.After that, add the spinach.

5.For flavor, add a little soy sauce.

For garnish, you can add tomatoes and sesame seeds (I didn’t have sesame seeds at the moment).

This dish is a perfect, healthy side with a bowl of rice.
