Our Weekend Walk

Today we went to a very familiar town that we have visited before, but this time we did something quite interesting. We went on foot using a different road.
Finding a new route and walking along that road provides a ton of happy hormones to the brain. Apart from that, it makes your brain more active and alert.

A quiet weekend walk became a gentle reminder of how important finding new routes and go through them. Using the same path makes your brain lazy. But this week the exercise we had was good for our brains, a kind of new invention.
