Handling a few things might be appreciable in some workplaces. But sometimes it is not the thing all the time. My husband is in the team of single-tasking, while most of the time I am going together with a multi-tasking team. LOL! His life motto will be “one task at a time” This always works well with him. It seems that he is the person who has gained the biggest advantage in my “mindfulness” course. I am learning from him!!
It goes without saying that , mobile phones have complexed the concept of single-tasking too. On one hand, you are answering someone on the other hand you are holding your precious tab. Technology sometimes freaking addictive.

When one is talking with you you need to switch the channel to the person and totally with him. The teller exposes more. The single-tasker seems to earn more!! He takes time to enjoy what he is doing at the moment. Instead of multi-tasking,single-tasking is a badge of honor, I may say.
And when you are dealing with many things at the same time you will be average and if you are doing one thing at a time you will be great, what do you think?
Both single and multi-taskers out there how do you feel?
