Healthy Dinner Table
It’s been a little while since I started introducing a special dinner style for my family. What began as a simple idea has now come a long way. You can read it here. Every day, I try something new—creating healthy recipes and experimenting with different local Japanese ingredients and dishes.
Above all, this has become an art for me, and something I truly enjoy as a hobby.

Food can do magic, when we eat together our little Hithesh , one year and three months old, by the time of I am writing this also join with us, he curiously looks at the way how we use chopsticks and all. This tradition of my family is something cozy. Since we both in our thirties we always think of our health. So this dinner set up helps us for that well and truly.
