My love for cheesecake is never-ending. I do not know the exact reason, but cheese is always divine. I have always fallen in love with cheese dishes. In my home country, I have tasted cheesecake varieties to a certain extent. But here in Japan, the range is so wide and spread. You can find a little round cheesecake even at your nearby supermarket, which is uncommon in Sri Lanka. So whenever I go to the this “round cheesecake” comes to my hands!!
The golden brown cheese topping with biscuit crust is a perfect combo with a pipping hot cup of coffee. Sometimes, lying on my bean bag bitting a delicious cheesecake, I wander my imaginary book store along with a mini cafe smelling of cheesecakes, pastries, and coffee. What a mesmerizing thought!!!
However, the process is considerably complex and always takes time. The water bath, concerning the cracked free top, is vexing me. So most of the time I go with shop-made cheesecake. In my previous post, I pointed out some must-obey steps in baking cheesecake. You can easily find hundreds of cheesecake recipes on Google. The baking process of the cheesecake at home is always wonderful, and it makes the entire home smell cheesy.
Cheesecake comes with many options always The base may have been made of graham crackers or well-crushed cookies. It could be refrigerated or not, and it could be baked or unbaked. Whatever it is, the taste is divine, I say!!
Cheesecake is so enchanting and combined with a light flavor always. However, I have no experience using cheesecake as a wedding cake in Sri Lankan ceremonies. I wish I had such thinking on our wedding day!! Is there anyone who loves to have cheesecake at their wedding ceremony?
Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, the birthday of your love, whatever the event a perfect slice of cheesecake is worthy and celebrating. And of course, old girls evening outing would be a great one with cheesecake.
