Life is a journey with all ups and downs, this is what we know—the true essence of life. So finding out what makes you comfortable is the most important thing in this world.
So what makes you happy? Have you ever thought of it?
Some of us love to keep sparkling alone, while some love to comfort herself with someone who is having same vibration. No matter what the end result should be “comforting yourself” . Throughout my life time, there is one thing I noticed, and I have been realising that, “people need to change over the time to comfort themselves because we grow up everyday”. As an example, early days in my life, running errands, gathering and attending parties were in my list. I loved to have that company. But the time teaches good lessons and assists us in sorting ways to comfort ourselves wisely.
Here are the two main ways I see myself as best therapies in comforting myself.
- The “me time“
Allocating time is the most important thing. Even the busiest person on this planet must not miss the “me time”. Sipping my morning tea or coffee, lying on the couch doing nothing (it’s a real art), having a hot bath till you feel “I am fine now”, listening to a music that I love, reading my favourite book by the window, improving my language ability in daily basis, warm call to my parents and siblings, watching old Sinhala dramas, animes are in my “me time” list.
2. Be with the family
Exploring each other, sharing the love language, playing together, touching each other, going to a coffee shop or having dinner together, trying for new things, surprising and taking care of each other are the best therapies I am having. Embracing life together is sparkling myself!!!
As I believe for the time being I am clinging in to this. This covers all I need right now.
