Are you ready for the things coming next?

We do not know what will be next, we may have plans, schedules, and all kinds of stuff true, but it’s not certain, anything is possible. So Are you ready for the things coming next?

Does that mean planning the future is pointless? of course not. But dealing with the uncertainty is confusing as well as heartbreaking at the very first stage. I think it’s totally normal attitude to have. We are in a struggle of making our future, for our betterment and also we know it might not work all the time as we wish.
However we have to cope with this duality. How do you successfully deal with this? Seeing the positivity of this duality is the only way to get rid of this confusing.

coping with this duality

First, we have to accept this “duality” nothing happens according to our will. The key to keep in mind. So we can have options. You better not to keep all eggs in one basket. Eggs are your goals, and eggs are so soft and easily fragile that you will have to pay extra care to each when all are in one basket.

But when you keep them separately the risk is at a low level. Likewise, since we are dealing with the duality we know anything is possible and so we can have a few more options in our life which is so healthy in every way. It makes your creativity and you will understand your capacity as well.

In Japan, we are experiencing earthquakes most of the time. We have our own handy pack which consists of everything that might be needed for an emergency. Earthquakes are out of our control but we can have essential supplies with us. We can control it.

You know bad things might come at any point, but we have taken all possible precautions, that’s all we are capable of.

Be in the moment

Now it is clear that the future is something vague and not in our control. So the only reliable moment is “present” You are reading this with good health, you woke up this morning. We can be thankful for these. On one hand, this is a great “mindfulness” practice to have. You live to the fullest at this moment.

How do you deal with the duality? What do you feel?
