How does your sleeping routine look like

How about your sleeping routine? Surely, everyone is not having the same drill before the bed. Different drills with different lifestyles and obligations.

Before the bedtime routine, I need my kitchen to be tidied, the living room is clean. And I need to head up to my bedroom early. And washing my feet is an essential part. This gives me a fantastic cozy feeling. After that, my daily vitamins plus a simple skin routine are done. Except for an essential thing, I apply nothing extra.

I recently started to read two or three pages of my favorite book. And I started to put my mobile away, about half an hour before bedtime. I know it is not enough just half an hour. But I am just getting used to it. My perfect pillow and the cozy blanket are heaven for me. Thanks to my perfect pillow I never wake up with a sore neck. The whole night is soo comfortable.

My husband my sweet night owl!! Always busy in front of his laptop. And I know that he finds night as his best working time. Most of the time I keep my reading till he comes. After my reading, he comes to the bed, and we two talk about various things and go to sleep. I enjoy this moment very much!!

But when he is glued with some essential work I go to sleep alone, keeping my mind that respecting one’s sleeping schedule is a way to show some respect and love to the other. I can’t remember where I picked it up, but it always makes sense.
