Today was gloomy plus drizzling all day so, walking was not possible. But “Me time” cannot be neglected. Walking outside is not my pleasure all the time. Walking outside is so good, you feel liberating and refreshing of course. But there are certain moments you need to be inside four walls. But lying on the couch with no certain thought might be frustrating sometime. So here are some tips I love to do as indoor activities.
Keep in touch with the changing thoughts. You are in a self-examining process. An excellent observation might help you to see the speed of your changing thoughts. Endless thoughts are coming and going, similar to water passing through a dam. This is a great opportunity to see myself. I can find out what is actually going through me.
Embracing the child inside, some doodling soothes endlessly. Art is a great medium to express feelings openly. I just scribble something on my iPad or rough papers. Some writings turn in to an interesting meaningful essay and some are good for nothing. (Lol)
Some affirmations. We have lots of things with us, sometimes we naturally get tired of worthy things that we have already. But it is so important to consciously be reminded and admire them. Once you start praising and affirming, it will return to you in ten folds. And it is a self-help strategy.

Talking to yourself it is always easy to imagine negative things, avoid positive things. Focus on something that made you anxious shame or any negative vibe. Let’s turn things for the better. Envision the way how your inner circle would respond to it. The inner circle always supports you and listens to you without judgment and with empathy and compassion. You feel so comfortable.
Indoor therapy was a big thing!
Love all!!
