Friday Funday 30 minutes spicy bread kottu. Any leftover curry would do, you can use chicken curry or any preferred curry.
I had some leftover chicken curry in my refrigerator, I do not like to throw anything without using maximum. So leftovers turn into great things in my kitchen always.
Ingredients
Five slices of bread (two servings)
Chopped carrots
Two tablespoons of oil
Turmeric powder
Chili flakes, pepper (as your taste)
Any leftover curries, I use chicken curry
Chopped onion (as your taste)
One egg
Salt to season
The method
Cut five slices of bread into squares. It is like this.
I basically used only carrots as a vegetable. You can use, cabbages, leek, or what you prefer to have. and some onion and fried chicken.
Heat oil in the pan and add Chopped carrots and chopped onion, stir fry for a couple of minutes. Tumeric powder chili flakes and salt as your taste. I add an egg also. In most of my recipes, if there is any space for an egg, I get the chance to add it. Then add sliced bread. Mix well after a leftover chicken curry. If you need to sprinkle coriander leaf serve warm.
My favorite theme in cooking is, “No rules add anything you feel ok, and the end will be fabulous” So I love cooking.
Have you turned bread into something else?
