What made you happy in your recent walk

After days both of us could allocate time for walking “together”. Here are some photographs I captured with shivering hands. If you love to see, it went like this.

We are both not athletic persons, but we love to stay young!! I love to keep my petite body going. As I grew older and maybe a little wiser, I understood that health is not always athletic. A something a big concept coined with mindfulness and you see more than you see some other day. The leaf-fallen tree is just an Art. The blue sky. Cold winds with a murmuring. All tell a story. You are alive. Be thankful.

Walking outside is great. Traditional architectures. We talk less while walking, but see and feel many. Reconnecting with nature.

Even just a decoration makes you alive.

Treat ourselves on the way. Kind of motivation for my exercise. The low-sugar cocoa drink was great.

Let us walk while we can!!
