There was a time I used to be a fat one. This continued until my mid twenties, you believe. I started some food control methods and walking. The walking and exercise kept me alive. I was lucky enough to change my body as I once imagined. I exercised all because I had to.
There are people, they do exercises without second thought. When you have more candles on your birthday cake, you soon come to know that you are getting older. But you have to motivate yourself. You can reward yourself. And habit stacking also a good way to keep up you with exercise. It is better to enjoy yourself.
Feel the freshness you get after exercise– Every time after the exercise I wonder why I stayed sometimes at home under blankets. How wasteful is was?
Listening to podcasts or your favorite playlist- This is soo good. I prefer my ever loving Sinhala,Hindi and English playlist. A mix of all languages. It keeps my mind actively thinking about anything other than walking. What a trick!
If you are a dog lover you can go with it.
Some other tip. You can treat yourself when you come to the destination. If the treat is without “instant food” that will be great, but you can cheat yourself seldomly.
