Last evening I was starving and searching for the leftovers in the fridge. Nothing instant was at my arm’s length. Just two slices of bread, egg and cheese. With no idea I did what my hand asked me to do. LOL!!
I always know that my favourite combo, egg and cheese always end up with magic. So I let both to play at their own sweet will.
The two slices of bread were turned into pieces. Then two eggs were well mixed and pepper plus salt to the taste. The bread along with the mixture was laid in the pyre and cheese powder at the top. Just twenty minutes at 180C. All done. Easy lazy recipe was done.
