This morning while scrolling down social media I captured some photographs of my Facebook friend having a fun time in Sri Lanka. Exposing to the world and having multiple experiences is great luck indeed I say, and I am so blessed with it. A globally mobile life has become so trendy today. But our roots are always embedded in our mother country. Isn’t it?
With my friend’s pictures, I was in my thoughts, wandering and wandering. So what would be the places in my bucket list? The most wanted places I wish to be!!
My sweet home. Undoubtedly Anyone’s first choice to be. And the place where all my mouthwatering rice and curry dishes lay. My home and my sister’s place will be the best place always. Except than that any calm and quiet place with Spicy dishes will be my plan. I missed these dishes badly!
My most enchanting rest place Idalgashinna, and upcountry Sri Lanka
Sacred Ruwanweli Maha Seya and Sri Mahabodiya, Anuradhapura . Anuradhapura is a great city to visit. Being a history lover I love the sightseeing of the town and seeing the surrounding Monasteries.
Tewatta Church- Basilica of Our Lady of Lanka.
Golden sandy beaches with scorching sun. I always love the sunshine upon my brown skin, it really soothes my soul and such a lovely warmth to have.
Suman Saman Devalaya Rathnapura. I love most of the religious places in Sri Lanka in the historical aspect most of the time. So as Maha Sama Devalaya. All the age-old architecture and stupas are enchanting. The calm and tranquility it possesses is the best thing I admire.
