Being present

Mindfulness

If you could remember I recently started a new mindfulness program. And listened with some sermons. With all I tried with something new. We all busy with tide schedules and caged most of the times. We are most of the time in autopilot mode. Aren’t we? So we miss little thing which adds beauty to the life.

With new lessons of mindfulness I started something new. It really works well. I see something I didn’t notice some other day. Now I feel the smell of frying ginger garlic paste more than any other day. Especially helpful to check in with senses, what I see, what I smell etc. This practice allows me to see myself and my thoughts clear. So logical, slow, conscious and effortful.

No fact finding missions, no judgementalism, no problem solving, no imposing personal views nothing at all. We just be at the moment. How peaceful! You see beauty of every thing you pass by. Looking around and enjoying every minute is the way to go.

Whatever side in the world, this is real and applies. isn’t it?
