Who are you now?

Mindfulness

Bit odd question, is that? No, not at all. We are all in the process of understanding who are we. In each phase of our life you are meant to act different roles. Give a break and turn into yourself. Make some sense, isn’t it? I have been in this living, breathing world for 32 years. Might not be a considerable lifetime.

But, in every phase of my life, I used to turn back and peep into myself. It was a self-examination, a kind of re-reading myself. There were times I ran fast for my goals as a student and as a professional and there were times I anchored myself for rest. Sometimes paid too much care for good-for-nothing things, and worried endlessly. A wonderful flashback, No worries at all. Just life lessons.

Once I had an intimate conversation with one of my school friends, it was a time when I was in a struggle to find my role in the new environment. Her perfect answer was, we are finding who are we till the death of life, what a perfect quote. It was a long long cozy heart-warming conversation.

We find different roles with different motives with time. Sometimes what you just need is a small break. The break I took from my busy life taught me the way of living, and pleasing myself!!!

Today I refer to myself as a lover of writing, and cooking, a self-learner, and a simply satisfiable free soul. And so blessed wife, daughter, sister, and above all.

The way you describe yourself today might be different in the next 5-10 years. No worries, that is life!! The most important thing is protecting your happy core tightly. If you are happy loved ones around you are always happy.

How about you all!! Love to hear
