It is an absolutely easy, time-saving, nutritious drink for your morning.

Apple, Banana fresh milk, and a pinch of salt. That’s all you need. Slice your fruits into pieces and just have two-three rounds of mixing along with fresh milk. My advice is not to add sugar, it is all because fruits especially bananas have sugar itself.
