Tofu based, amazing side dish for your dinner table

Tofu is protein-rich food made out of soy milk. Though it is very nutritious some do not like it, it has neither smell nor taste. Stop!! but you can not underestimate this super little cube which comes in a plastic container full of water. Little Cube consists of an unbelievable bundle of protein and a must in diet plans. And the king of vegan diets too.

So, I wanted to do something strange with tofu. Tofu is always nutritious, but I have people who do not like it, including myself. Hahaha! But I can’t underestimate its true value. So I have to be wise enough to make it more attractive and delicious way. Here’s how it went!

All you need is “leftovers”. I am repeating and reaffirming that cooking has no methodical ways. You do as you please. What matters is beauty, nutrition, and texture. I had some sliced cabbage in a container and some leftover chicken breast.

Tofu, sliced cabbage, boiled chicken breasts butter, some pepper, and a pinch of salt.

It was super easy. The only thing I did was mix the leftovers. You can use any vegetable as a mixture. Just mix it all thoroughly. Then put the well-combined mixture into your cookie cutters. Put the pan with Olive oil or any oil whatever you have. Have a shallow fry. That’s all guys.

It is ready. It just had a touch of sliced cabbages and cucumber slices to have an elegant look. Anyone who does not like Plain tofu will fall in love with this, trust me. You need a little effort to have this simple dish.

We all cook a lot. Many dishes. Cooking is hard most of the time. Dealing with many pots and dishes taking the same troubling route is tiresome. I know!! But a little bit of creativity in every dish makes you so energetic.
